Milk powder

Description Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP), also known as Whole Milk Powder (WMP), is a dairy product made by evaporating fresh pasteurized Full Cream cow’s milk. It possesses all the appealing qualities of fresh liquid milk and, in its dry form, is an important ingredient in the manufacture of a remarkable range of food products.

Fat filled milk powders are a range of skimmed milk powders that are enriched with vegetable fat before dehydration. Fat filled milk powder is obtained by blending high quality skimmed milk powder with vegetable fat. Powder is atomised (spray drying) in order to easily reconstitute the product.

Low heat skimmed milk powder is a dried milk product with a fat content of max. 1.25% and a water content of max. 4%. It is gently spray-dried and made from fresh, pasteurized milk (100% cow’s milk). Protein and water content can be adjusted (standardized) according to specifications.

Medium heat skimmed milk powder is a dried milk product with a fat content of maximal 1.25% and a water content of maximal 4%. It is gently spray dried and made from fresh, pasteurized milk (100% cow's milk). The gentle heating process maintains the typical fresh taste.
